            Winters Law Firm is located in Orange County, California.

        The focus of the firm has been on all areas of commercial and business representation, with a particular emphasis on Business Law, Reorganization, Creditor's Rights, Commercial Real Estate and Bankruptcy. The firm has particular expertise in the area of Bankruptcy and Business Reorganization having represented Debtors, creditors, trustees and creditor’s committees in hundreds of Bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Winters has primarily represented creditors and small business debtors in Court Reorganizations and out of court workouts and negotiations.  The Firm also has wide experience in the area of Non-dischargeability, general Adversary proceedings and Federal Appeals.  Representative published cases include American Express v Hashemi, 104 F. 3d. 1122, In re Mercado, 124 B.R. 799, MBNA America v. Locke, 223 F.3d 1064.

          In the area of real estate law and litigation, the firm represented numerous large real estate developers in commercial projects and secured creditors of commercial projects.  The Firm specializes in coordination of legal services for business and individual clients, acting as a conduit for businesses to obtain local and specialized counsel to advise the client and provide representation in any legal situation.

         Principal tenets of the firm's operating philosophy include: (a) full and candid client communication, (b) a team concept between attorney and client and (c) quick and effective problem resolution, resulting in a savings in legal expenses.
